Currently, Dr. Wayne serves as the Director and CEO of the company, where he is responsible for formulating the overall strategies and ensuring their successful implementation.
With over thirty years of experience spanning business and banking sectors, Dr. Wayne’s expertise is further enhanced by his solid foundation in engineering and construction management. His extensive career includes significant roles at notable institutions.
Throughout his career, Dr. Wayne’s has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic thinking, guiding numerous projects to success and contributing to the growth and development of the organizations he has been a part of. His comprehensive experience and dedication make him a distinguished figure in his field.
Dr Gilbert Omari
Head financial consultant/ lead Compliance officer
As the Head financial consultant/ lead Compliance officer at TC Global Finance Limited, Dr Gilbert Omari brings onboard 23 years of international experience through his legal profession, while serving as a partner at Jaredb Advocates & Fountain Derive International Legal Consultants.
Dr Gilbert Omari graduated with honors, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Economics, a Bachelor of Science in Law, and a Juris Doctors in Law. Dr Gilbert Omari continues being active in the following areas:

With over 25 years of experience in Investment and Financial Services, Dr. Arnold Gustave focus is in organizational development, strategic planning and implementation. Prior to joining CIC, Dr. Arnold Gustave worked in the areas of Retail/Investment Banking, Treasury, Corporate Finance and Syndicated Loans arrangement for which includes Petrochemical, Energy and Utility sectors.
Dr. Arnold Gustave used to manage a lending portfolio exceeding one billion US Dollar. He holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Investment and Finance. Previous employers include: Banks, Arabian Petrochemical Company – SABIC (UAE), and Aramco. He is currently overseeing the investment/financing sector of the company.

• Over 29 years of experience in financial services sector, includes 21 years in the banking industry
• Last 8 years spearheading the Investment Banking activity of IL&FS Group, a leading Infrastructure development institute specialized in Public Private Participation projects based at Dubai
• Primary responsibilities to provide advisory & arranger service to external & internal clients for raising capital.
• Successfully raised capital over USD 2.0 billion in the last eight years
• Specialized in project structuring for Boot & PPP models across sectors covering MENA & India
• Capabilities and skill sets includes Debt syndication, M&A advisory, private equity fundraising and project advisory
• Prior to joining IL&FS, worked in the banking sector at various capacities covering Project Finance, Corporate & Institutional Banking, Trade Finance & Treasury
